Please Note:
Processing for TikTok packaging videos can take anywhere from 2–3 weeks due to order volume and the time required to film, edit, and post each video.

Our collections are crafted using a blend of natural stones, crystals, and thoughtfully chosen materials. Due to the unique nature of certain gemstones and finishes, slight variations may occur and are part of each piece’s individuality. To preserve shine and longevity, remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
Shipping + Returns

All orders are carefully packed and prepared with care. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent via email where available.
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.
As many of our products include natural crystals, gemstones, and handmade or delicate items, slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are normal and make each piece unique.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and in original condition
- returned in original packaging
- free from damage or alterations
Please note:
- Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Natural crystals and stones may vary in appearance, and these natural variations are not considered faults.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
