Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition
  • returned in original packaging
  • free from damage or alterations

  • Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  • Natural crystals and stones may vary in appearance, and these natural variations are not considered faults.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
